Julian Cardillo is the Marketing and Communications Manager for AccountAbility, based in New York City.
Prior to joining AccountAbility, he led all communications and marketing for Leaders’ Quest (LQ), a boutique consulting firm supporting international clients across industries with their leadership development, business objectives, and climate change ambitions. While at LQ, Julian overhauled the organization’s value proposition and messaging house, oversaw content strategy and branding, and supported Partners with business development.
From 2014-21, Julian served on the communications, marketing, and external relations team at Brandeis University, a top-tier American research and teaching institution. During and prior to this, Julian worked in journalism as a contributor to the Boston Globe Media Company, La Gazzetta dello Sport, and the Tribune Publishing Company.
Originally from Boston, Massachusetts, Julian formerly represented the USA in competitive foil fencing. He enjoys traveling, cooking, following international football, and time with family.
Julian is also an avid collector of post-war and silver age American comic books.
Julian lives in New York with his wife, Carley, and their dog, Lola.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in politics from Brandeis and is a native Italian speaker.
